Beats are sold Exclusively  or Non-Exclusively  . In addition to the terms set forth in the Creative Commons licenses, Exclusive beats can be sold only ONCE and are immediately removed from the site after the sale is complete. Non-Exclusive beats can be sold more than once. |

Audition uploads shall be 30 seconds in length and must be in .MP3 format, at least 128kbps, at 44.1kHz and no greater than 1Mb in size. |

Audition uploads that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected. |

Members are encouraged to mix audio watermarks in audition uploads to discourage unauthorized sampling. |

All master uploads must be
(i.) a .ZIP file containing separated tracks OR
(ii.) a single stereo mix in .MP3 format. |
