| STEP 2 (UPLOAD) |
Next, upload your beats and choose what kind of license for each. eRiddims™
has partnered with Creative Commons to provide two license options: Exclusive and Non-Exclusive. Our Exclusive license , the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 License , gives buyers more rights, so sellers typically set higher prices for beats sold with the Exclusive license. Our Non-Exclusive license, the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License , grants fewer rights to buyers, but cost much less.
In addition to the terms stated in the Creative Commons licenses, all beats sold under our Exclusive license can only be sold once and then will be permanently removed from the site. The buyer alone has the exclusive right to use the beat and the seller may NOT ever re-sell it to anyone. The buyer also does NOT have the right to re-sell the beat in unaltered form. Beats sold under our Non-Exclusive license can be sold multiple times to different buyers and can remain available on the site.
For more details, please visit the eRiddims™ Terms and Conditions.

| STEP 3 (NEGOTIATE) |
buyers have the option to pay the full asking price OR make you offers on the beats you have listed for sale.
Accepting the offer implies that you AGREE to sell the beat for the offered price. This does NOT finalize the sale. The sale is finalized 48 hours after the buyer makes the payment. When you accept the offer, the prospective buyer is then notified that you have accepted the offer, and they are given instructions to make payment. When the buyer makes the payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation message. If the buyer does not make the payment, you will not receive a confirmation message and your beat will remain publicly available to be purchased at the original full listed price.
Rejecting the offer means that you DO NOT AGREE to sell the beat for the offered price. The prospective buyer is notified that you refused their offer, and they are given the chance to make a new offer at a higher price. In the meantime, your beat remains publicly available to be purchased at the original full listed price and you will continue to receive offers from other buyers.
Make a Counter Offer means that you DO NOT agree to sell the beat for the offered price but you are willing to sell it for a slightly higher price. The buyer is notified of your counter offer price and is given the choice to accept, reject or make a counter offer. The negotiations continue until one party rejects an offer and no counter offers are made. |

| STEP 4 (GET PAID) |
withholds proceeds from sales for 48 hours to allow Buyers enough time to download the beat and/or file a dispute, if necessary. Buyers may file a dispute for the following reasons only:
- Inability to download the beat file(s).
- Beat file(s) were incomplete or damaged.
- Downloaded beat file(s) were not the same beat as the 30-second sample.
Sellers, you can receive your sales earnings by returning to your member account page and clicking the ‘Get Paid/Receive Payment’ link on the left side of the page. Next, click the ‘PAY ME NOW’ button on the right to receive your earnings transferred into your account. You must have minimum earnings of $100 to be eligible to receive payment.
